You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account; keep your password private.
You keep the rights to what you upload. You grant us a licence to store, review and show your content to other users as the app requires. Every new photo is reviewed before it becomes visible. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
You can block, report and unmatch anyone at any time. We review reports and may warn, suspend or remove accounts. Crossly is not a background-check service; use your judgement when meeting people in person, meet in public places and tell someone where you are going.
Location sharing is optional and works only while the app is open. By turning it on you agree that we use your position to detect crossings as described in the privacy policy. You can turn it off at any time.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (see how). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law.
Crossly is provided "as is" during early access. We do not promise that you will meet anyone, that crossings are complete, or that the service is always available. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
