Delete your Crossly account

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute.

In the app

1. Open Crossly and go to the Me tab.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out immediately and the deletion is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, bio, job, area, intention, interests, prompts) and all your photos, including the files.
• All raw location data and your crossing history.
• Your likes, passes, matches and every conversation (the other person loses the conversation too).
• All active sessions on all devices.
• Your e-mail address and password are replaced by an anonymous placeholder, so the account can never be signed into again. Your e-mail address becomes available for a new account.

What is kept

Blocks and reports made about or by the account are kept as anonymised safety records, as described in the privacy policy. They contain no profile data, photos, location data or messages.
